2001

Global Callcenter Solutions, Inc. is founded. GCS began as a consultancy between companies in the US and UK with operations in India.

2004

GCS acquired TeleLink. A pivotal moment in our history, the acquisition of TeleLink enabled GCS to have an onshore presence.
